How fast can you get to me?
We dispatch as soon as you call or text. Arrival time depends on where you are in the DFW area, and lockouts and emergencies get priority.
Can you make a key without the original?
Yes. Most car keys can be cut and programmed from the vehicle alone — no original key needed.
What do you need from me before you arrive?
Your vehicle’s year, make, and model, plus your location. That’s usually enough for us to bring the right equipment.
Will I know the price up front?
Yes — you’ll know the cost before we start, with no surprise fees.
Which makes and models do you work on?
Most of them, including Mercedes-Benz. We generally don’t work on other German brands such as BMW, Audi, or Volkswagen. If you’re not sure about your car, text us the year, make, and model and we’ll tell you honestly.
What are your hours?
Sunday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. We’re closed on Saturdays.
